<p>A receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine comprises: a rotating disk (1), and a number of clamping components (2) evenly arranged along the edge of the rotating disk (1). The lamping component (2) includes a base (2a) and a clamping arm (2b) hinged on the upper end of the base (2a). A first spring (2d) is biased between the back end of the clamping arm (2b) and the back portion of the base (2a). A baffle plate (2g) is fixed at the lower portion of the clamping arm (2b), and a convex block (10) corresponding to the baffle plate (2g) is fixed at the lower portion of the rotating disk (1). A number of arc-shaped guide chutes (Ia) are evenly arranged near the bottom edge of the rotating disk (1) circumferentially. A hook (3) is hinged on the base (2a), and a shaft pin (8) fixed on the hook (3) extends in the guide chute (Ia). A cylinder (6) is located at an outer side of the rotating disk (1), and a pusher dog (4) hinged on the piston level of the cylinder is provided at an outer side of the rotating disk (1). The pusher dog (4) is coupled with the hook (3). The receiving and clamping device for packing bag in filling machine is reasonable in structure and reliable in performance, avoids frequent starting-stopping-starting of the rotating disk, and guarantees the rotating disk to rotate at mean speed, thus improving the production efficiency.</p> |
