PURPOSE: A lead-free glass frit composition which is used in a sealing composition is provided to be simultaneously sintered with a fluorescent composition at 520°C, to obtain a small coefficient of thermal expansion and to seal the glass frit composition at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A lead-free glass frit composition comprises; lead-free glass frit 80-95 weight% including Bi_2O_3 32-42 mole%, and ZnO 25-35 mole%, and B_2O_3 22-28 mole%; and low expansion ceramic filler 5-20 weight%. The glass frit more includes SiO_2 0.5-5 mole%, alkali-metal oxide 0.5-5 mole% which is selected from Li_2O, Na_2O, K_2O, and Cs_2O, and transition metal oxide 0.5-4 mole % which is selected from CoO, CuO, NiO, and MnO. |
