PURPOSE: A folding apparatus of the headrest for a vehicle seat is provided to sufficiently occupy the space for loading freight by simply reducing the support bracket of a head assembly. CONSTITUTION: A folding apparatus of the headrest for a vehicle seat comprises a body bracket(22), a hinge bracket and hook(25), a stay(21) and a headrest support(23). A pair of support pieces(22a,22b) is formed at body bracket to be symmetrical each other. The body bracket is welded to a seat back support. The hinge bracket and hook is installed at the upper end between the support pieces. The stay is welded to the hinge bracket and hook. The headrest support is inserted and fixed to the upper end of the stay, and supports a corresponding headrest. |
