A diaphragm valve using a reduced number of parts to reduce material cost and configured so that the entire valve is reduced in size and weight. A diaphragm valve comprising: a valve body (11) having a valve chamber inlet of an inflow path (11a) and a valve chamber outlet of an outflow path (11b); a valve seat (12) provided to the valve body (11) so as to surround the valve chamber inlet of the inflow path (11a); a diaphragm (13) for opening and closing the valve by approaching and separating from the valve seat (12); and a bonnet (15) sandwiching the outer peripheral edge of the diaphragm (13) in cooperation with the valve body (11), wherein the outer peripheral edge of the diaphragm (13), the outer periphery of the valve body (11), and the outer periphery of the bonnet (15) are welded to each other along the entire peripheries thereof.
