PURPOSE: A camera module device is provided to minimize time required for installing an inspection system by forming a line scan camera in one module, and to conveniently install the inspection system. CONSTITUTION: A camera module device(100) comprises an illuminator(110), a half mirror(120), and a line scan camera(130). The illuminator is vertically formed on the top surface of an inspection object. The half mirror reflects light irradiated from the illuminator to the inspection object, and permeates the light re-reflected from the inspection object. The line scan camera line-scans the inspection object.
