PURPOSE: A nozzle opening part closing device for an air knife is provided to perform processes without an interruption by moving a closing member according to the movement of a plated steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle opening part closing device for an air knife comprises a shield, a closing member(303), a rack(309), and a driving member. The shield is formed into the shape of the cross-sectional of the air knife. The insulating member secludes the air knife nozzle opening. A plurality of shields member is overlapped to form the closing member. One end of the rack is connected to the closing member. The driving member drives the rack.
