<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow, with a few settings, a viewing-angle to be controlled automatically, on the basis of the status of use. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 22 controls a viewing-angle changing section 56, that changes a viewing-angle of an image display section 55. The control section 22 controls the viewing-angle of the image display section 55, on the basis of the status of use of various devices 8, 9, 51 to 54, 57 and 58. Specifically, the control section 22 includes a device-in-use detecting section 41 for detecting the use of the devices; a storage section 17 for storing a device/viewing-angle matching table 50 containing the correspondence relation between a device to be used and a viewing angle; a viewing-angle retrieving section 42 to retrieve, from the table 50, with the viewing-angle for the device detected being in use by the device-in-use detecting section 41; and a viewing-angle control section 43 for controlling the viewing-angle changing section 56, on the basis of the viewing-angle retrieved by the viewing-angle retrieving section 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
