摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rare-earth bonded magnet that obtains a bonded magnet, having sufficient mechanical strength, without causing deterioration in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: Flake-shaped rare-earth magnetic powder is used as primary particles. The primary particles and a thermosetting resin are mixed and compression-molded in a die, and then, pulverized after subjecting it to hardening treatment so as to obtain secondary particles. The secondary particles are mixed with a thermoplastic resin so as to injection-mold it. The primary particles constituting the secondary particles are configured such that a plurality of the primary particles are laminated while each flake-shaped plane of the primary particles is joined to each other.
