<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus stopping the drive of a clock oscillator of a main control part in an electric power saving operation mode and of executing control instruction transmitting processing for transmitting a control instruction to an auxiliary control part by the main control part with respect to each passage of predetermined time in the electric power saving operation mode. <P>SOLUTION: A main microcomputer 1 transmits an electric power saving transition signal to an inverter microcomputer 9 in switching to the electric power saving operation mode (S5). On the condition that the electric power saving transition signal is received (Yes side in S21), with respect to each passage of the predetermined time (Yes side in S24), the inverter microcomputer 9 transmits a temporary return signal to the main microcomputer 1 (S25).
