PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a warning device for vehicle rollover prevention, for preventing a rollover accident of a vehicle of trailer type or the like by a warning to a driver, and in addition implementing this accident avoidance simply and easily. SOLUTION: The warning device 2 for rollover suppression is provided in association with, e.g., a rollover suppression device 3. The rollover suppression device 3 operates a braking device 5 to perform a brake operation when there is a danger of rollover of the vehicle 1 on the basis of a detection result from a lateral acceleration detection means or the like when the vehicle 1 travels over a curve at an overspeed. The braking device 5 performs the brake operation without a brake operation by the driver. The warning device 2 warns the driver based on the operation of the rollover suppression device 3. Alternatively, the warning device 2 may warn the driver when there is the danger of rollover of the vehicle 1 on the basis of the detection result from the lateral acceleration detection means.
