PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel cover hardly detached while it can be easily attached to a steering wheel. SOLUTION: The steering wheel cover is formed in a ring shape having an opening 15 along a circumference, a cross-section perpendicular to the direction of the ring-shape circumference is made an annular shape having the opening 15, and respective circumferential lengths of one opening end side 11 and the other opening end side 12 forming both end sides of the opening 15 are made different with each other.
