PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery pack the most suitable for application to a hand tool device which needs both electrical power and pressurized gas as driving energy, and also to provide a hand tool device suitable for being operated using the storage battery pack. SOLUTION: The storage battery pack comprises: a housing 11 including storage battery cells 12 arrayed therein; and an electrical contact element 18 attached to the housing. The storage battery pack is equipped with: a gas reservoir 15; and a gas output port 19 connected to the gas reservoir 15 via a pressure conduit 16. A hand tool device comprises: at least one power consumption part; a deck 31 for the storage battery pack 10 on which an electrically counter contact element 38 for the contact element 18 of the storage battery pack 10 is equipped; and at least one gas unit 35, wherein the deck 31 for the storage battery pack 10 is equipped with a connecting means 39 for the output port 19 of the gas reservoir 15 mounted on the storage battery pack 10, and the connecting means 39 is pneumatically connected to the gas unit 35.
