PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rotor type magnet generator capable of preventing a magnet or a restricting means from being damaged due to collision between the magnet and the restricting means by suppressing a change in relative position of the magnet and the restricting means even if the number of rotations of a rotating shaft changes. SOLUTION: The inner rotor type magnet generator includes: a boss 1 fixed to the rotating shaft; a plurality of magnets 2 provided on the outer circumference of the boss 1 and each arranged at an interval in the circumferential direction; a restricting section 3 provided between the adjacent magnets 2 and restricting the movement of the magnets 2 for the boss 1; and a protective ring 4 covering an anti-boss 1 side of each of the magnets 2. The thickness of the magnet 2 along the diameter direction of the boss 1 is made to be larger than the thickness of the restricting section 3 along the diameter of the boss 1, and an adhesive 8 for fixing the magnet 2 and the restricting section 3 is applied to a step difference formed by the magnet 2 and the restricting section 3.
