PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter blade 1 with a geometrical shape which can be quickly resharpened without taking specific time and efforts and is hardly damaged and is economical. SOLUTION: The edge surfaces 8, 9 and a chamfering section 12 of a cutting edge 7 are arranged on the same first side section 11 of a cutter edge 6. The reduction of thickness (D) of the cutter edge 6 is performed by a tapered section (15) arranged on a second side section (13) of the cutter edge, or the cutter edge has a predetermined resharpening zone for the circular cutting edge. The thickness (Dn) of the resharpening zone of the cutter edge is smaller than thickness (Dm) of a central zone 108 of the cutter edge, and the resharpening zone has side faces 117, 118 at least nearly in parallel with each other.
