PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas seal structure of a centrifugal compressor with a built-in speed increaser capable of ensuring stability of a rotator while tolerating intensity even when thrust is large under high pressure operation. SOLUTION: In the gas seal structure of the centrifugal compressor with the built-in speed increaser, a dry gas seal part 3 including a stationary-side dry gas seal body 3-1 fixed to a compressor casing 1 and a rotary-side dry gas seal body 3-2 fixed to an impeller rotary shaft 6a, and a barrier seal part 4 fixed to the compressor casing 1 are provided. While the barrier seal part 4 is integrally connected to the stationary-side dry gas seal body 3-1, an adjusting liner 5 for adjusting the axial position is provided between the compressor casing 1 and the stationary-side dry gas seal body 3-1. Due to the thickness of the adjusting liner 5, the axial relative position of the stationary-side dry gas seal body 3-1 and the rotary-side dry gas seal body 3-2 is adjustable.
