<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measures for reducing the occurrence of suffering from a "It's me" fraud etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This safe cannot be opened when a preset and given length of time does not elapse or when a plurality of persons do not cooperate with one another, even if a safe opening operation is performed. When an account book, a cash card, etc., which are not used in a daily life, are kept in the safe, a person taking a telephone call cannot immediately open the safe alone even if he/she takes the telephone call of the "It's me" fraud etc. Thus, the person taking the telephone call of the "It's me" fraud etc. cannot immediately transfer money to the fraud's bank account according to the fraud's instructions. Taking the measure like this disables a criminal of the It's me" fraud from carrying out proper procedures of the It's me" fraud forcing the immediate transfer of the money to the fraud's bank account, enables the securement of a sufficient period of time by the time the money is actually transferred to the fraud's bank account, and enables cool judgement to be made by the person taking the telephone call of the "It's me" fraud.
