PURPOSE: An automatic semi-product band inserting apparatus for a bias tire building machine is provided to enable a user to easily insert overlapped bands at various standards by controlling the height of the band bar. CONSTITUTION: An automatic semi-product band inserting apparatus(100) for a bias tire building machine comprises the following: a base frame fixed to one side of a molding drum; a driving frame(120) fixed to the base frame while penetrating the molding drum with the height difference between an insert bar and a band bar; a height controlling unit(130) controlling the height of the driving frame by vertically moving the driving frame; a first angle control unit controlling the vertical angle of the band bar; and a second angle control unit controlling the horizontal angle of the band bar.
