PURPOSE: A multimode modem is provided to miniaturize the modem size by combining at least two mobile communication modules of different communication methods through one wideband switch and an antenna. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(240) transmits and receives a mobile communication signal and an Internet communication signal. A wireless Internet communication module(200) process the Internet communication signal transmitted and received through the antenna, and a wireless mobile communication module(210) process the mobile communication signal transmitted and received through the antenna. A wideband switch(230) switches a transmission path of a signal transmitted and received through the antenna to the wireless Internet communication module or the wireless mobile communication module.
