ANTI-INFLUENZA VIRUS AGENT, ARTICLE, BEVERAGE AND FOOD FOR SUPPRESSING INFECTION OF INFLUENZA BY ADSORBING, IMPREGNATING AND ADDING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article, beverage and food for suppressing infection of influenza by adsorbing, impregnating and adding an anti-influenza virus agent expressing high suppression effect against infection of influenza virus and having no adverse effect by using a highly safe plant extract allowing daily use without anxiety.

SOLUTION: The anti-influenza virus agent comprises a plant extract of Theobroma cacao as an active component. The article, beverage and food for suppressing infection of influenza are prepared by adsorption of, impregnation with or addition of the anti-influenza virus agent.
