PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element in which the adhesiveness with a substrate is high and the possibility of contamination of a liquid crystal by an uncured liquid crystal sealing agent component is reduced and which is excellent in long-term stability. SOLUTION: This curable composition includes (A) a compound having (meth)acryloyl group, (B) an organic acid dihydrazide compound, (C) a radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator, and (D) a compound having a structure represented by formula (1) (wherein, * represents a bond).
