XL (b) and XL (c)] Vehicle headlamps are coupled by a cable to the steering gear to rotate therewith. On movement of the steering gear 15, a shoulder on the cable 32 moves one of the plates 47, 48, allowing the other plate to rotate the fork member 36 about a pivot 37. Fork member 37 engages a pin 39 on the lamp housing to rotate it about a shaft 31. Further movement of the steering gear and the cable 32 is possible after housing has reached either of stops 8 or 40. Specification 914,828 is referred to.</p> |
