<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair band used also as body towel which allows even an aged person or a person with less strength to wash his/her back, while being the hair band for bathing. <P>SOLUTION: The hair band used also as body towel is an expansible belt-shaped cylindrical body.
