<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pass a change at a switching-on/off time of a bias voltage without a time delay, and without lowering capacity of a noise filter between a bias power source and a detector. <P>SOLUTION: A noise filter circuit is provided between the bias power source and the radiation detector, and a bias voltage transmission circuit is provided.
