<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a pellet fuel having uniform combustibility which can increase the calorific value of the pellet fuel and reduces combustion residues, and is easily molded to improve productivity, reduces electricity consumption on molding, and does not take time and effort to maintain a pelletizer and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing a pellet fuel includes molding an oil-containing crushed material obtained by mixing 5-20 pts.wt. waste edible oil with 100 pts.wt. crushed biomass in the state of a water content of 5-25 wt.% with the use of a pelletizer. At that time, it is preferred to use, as the oil-containing crushed material, an oil-containing crushed material having an oil coagulating agent obtained by heating and liquefying an oil-containing solidified product obtained by solidifying the waste edible oil with an oil coagulating agent and mixing the liquefied oil-containing solidified product with the crushed biomass in such a manner that the waste edible oil comes to 5-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. crushed biomass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
