<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air position presentation device intuitively and accurately determining a positional relation between aircrafts displayed in a display space relating to air traffic control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An air image forming apparatus 50 generates a plurality of bright spots 57 composed of an aircraft position 57a and one or a plurality of altitude marks 57b in a three-dimensional space. An aircraft horizontal position 24 displayed on a display screen 12 and the position of the aircraft position 57a formed in the three-dimensional space by the air image forming apparatus 50 are controlled in an interlocked manner. The altitude marks 57b are formed on a straight line between the aircraft horizontal position 24 and the aircraft position 57a at each predetermined altitude. Then, the position of the aircraft can be accurately determined by the aircraft position 57a and the altitude marks 57b formed in the three-dimensional space and the aircraft horizontal position 24 displayed in the display screen 12.
