<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting mirror for a fuel assembly visual inspection instrument which has high reflectance and can be used for a long period even in cooling water and a fuel assembly visual inspection instrument which is equipped with the reflecting mirror. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the reflecting mirror for the fuel assembly visual inspection apparatus, and a reflective coat comprising a dielectric multilayer film is formed at least one face of a substrate, which is a glass transparent one.
