摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of a sensor chip node by effectively reducing power consumption of a sensor node device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sensor element section 11 including a variable capacitance element having a capacitance value varying in response to external vibration, outputs a detection signal in response to the capacitance variation. A zero power sensor circuit portion 12 including three diodes connected in series and a fixed capacitance element for charging output voltage from the diodes connected in series, gradually charges the fixed capacitance element by alternately conducting each diode in response to the variation of the detection signal, and transmits detection data acquired by threshold value processing the voltage of the fixed capacitance elements on both ends through radio waves from a radio part 14 after a determination period elapses from detection operation start.
