<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal coil part capable of fully securing a creepage distance between winding and a magnetic core without using an insulating cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An inside foot 32 is formed so that a position (Y<SB>0</SB>) in the Y-axis direction where a width in the X-axis direction is the largest may reside at a positive direction side of a Y-axis rather than the center (Y<SB>M</SB>) of a length in the Y-axis direction, and the width in the X-axis direction may monotonously decrease (decreasing rate increases too) as the inside foot separates from the position (Y<SB>0</SB>) in the Y-axis direction. Moreover, a width (W<SB>Y</SB>) of the inside foot 32 in the Y-axis direction is larger than a width (W<SB>X</SB>) of the inside foot in the X-axis direction. A distance between facing surfaces of outside foots 33, 34 is fixed. Terminal stands 13A, 13B are formed at negative direction sides of Y-axes of sword-guards12A, 12B. Terminals of a primary winding 21 and a secondary winding 22 are pulled out to the outside the axis direction of a winding drum 11 via negative direction sides of the Y-axes of the sword guards 12A, 12B.
