<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent injury of a person living in a room when an earthquake occurs and if a windowpane is broken with the quake and the broken glass is scattered within the room. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The curtain 1, a curtain rail 5 for hanging the curtain, and a lower part 3 of the curtain are formed in a bag shape, and ends 2 of the curtain 1 are supported. With this structure, if the windowpane is broken with the quake of the earthquake and the broken glass falls, the broken glass is retained within the bag of the curtain 1.
