PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral administration preparation that is easy to swallow and releases a medicine at a target portion, particularly in intestines. SOLUTION: The oral administration preparation includes a medicine-containing layer containing a medicine, a disintegration-controlling layer provided on each side of the medicine-containing layer and a gel-like layer that is provided on each of the disintegration-controlling layers on the opposite side to the medicine-containing layer and is like a gel containing an aqueous liquid, where the disintegration-controlling layer is constituted of a material comprising an enteric material that is dissolved when brought into contact with body fluid within the intestines. Preferably, the content of the aqueous liquid in the gel-like layer is 30-99.9 mass%. Preferably, the content of water contained in the aqueous liquid is at least 30 mass%.
