A bur removing punch pin (11) is provided with a rotating mechanism wherein a flange-like abutting section (31b) is formed on an upper end section on an outer circumference side section of a punch pin (31), and a plurality of grooves (31a, 31a and so on) are formed in the axis center direction to the side of a work (W) from the abutting section (31b). An inner section (21) is slidably inserted into a second outer section (33), and the inner section (21) and a bur removing processing section (30) are urged by a spring cylinder (12) in a direction to be separated from each other. The spring cylinder (12) is compressed when the bur removing punch pin (11) is in proximity to the work (W) and an abutting section (31b) abuts to a flange section (F). When the inner section (21) slides into the second outer section (33), the bur removing processing section (30) rotates about the axis center with respect to the inner section (21).
