PURPOSE: A ginseng hydroponic growing method for removing toxic substances is provided to neutralize and/or detoxicate toxic materials in soil by completely removing remaining agricultural pesticides, and to increase the saponin content. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng hydroponic growing method for removing toxic substances comprises a step for sterilizing ginseng for 1 ~ 4 hours by washing or dipping the ginseng in an acid solution of pH 2 ~ 4.5, and a step for dipping the sterilized ginseng in dipping liquid(2) such as underground water and alkaline water of pH 8.5 ~ 12 for 2.5 ~ 45 days. A sterilization step and a cultivation step are performed in 6°C ~ 28°C. The acid solution is electrolyzed reduced water, hydrogen peroxide liquid and vinegar liquid. |
