<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro battery having consistency of a material forming various layers with sufficient oxygen, a humidity barrier value, and preventing degradation. <P>SOLUTION: The micro battery includes a first current collector (2) and a second current collector (3) arranged on a substrate (1), and a laminate containing two electrodes (4, 7) to be separated by an electrolyte membrane (5). Each electrode (4, 7) is connected to a corresponding current collector, and one of electrodes is a lithium-based anode (7). The laminate is covered with a package containing a metal layer (8). The first current collector (2) is protruded from the package, and the second current collector (3) is in contact with the metal layer (8). An alumina plug (9) having a thickness of 30 nm or less is arranged between the first current collector (2) and the metal layer (8), and an electrode in contact with the first current collector (2) is electrically insulated from the metal layer (8) by the alumina plug (9). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
