PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device determining propriety of taking out of content by managing the content whose taking out is permitted. SOLUTION: The content authorization device includes: a storage means for storing taking out permitted content identification data which is the data generated based on a part or the whole of the data content of the content whose taking out is permitted; and a generation means for generating the taking out permitted content identification data. In addition, the content authorization device includes: the storage means for storing taking out permitted content identification data which is the data generated based on a part or the whole of the data content of the content whose taking out is permitted; and an authorization means for determining the propriety of taking out of the content by referring to the taking out permitted content identification data.
