PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection works of wiring of electric components to a low-voltage substrate and a high-voltage substrate. SOLUTION: The low-voltage substrate 42 stored in an electric component unit 14 arranged on a front surface is connected with one end of a relay connector 91 for connecting an electromagnetic valve and a flap motor which are electric components driven by relatively low voltage. The high-voltage substrate 43 arranged in the electric component unit 14 and horizontally adjacent to the low-voltage substrate 42 is connected with one end of the relay connector 91 for connecting a fan motor which is an electric component driven by relatively high voltage. A connector part provided at the other end of the relay connector 91 opposite to the one end connected to the low-voltage substrate 42 or the high-voltage substrate 43 is arranged in a space formed on a back side of a terminal base 90 which is arranged horizontally outside the electric component unit 14 and on the opposite side of the low-voltage substrate 42 across the high-voltage substrate 43.
