<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity compressor having a mechanism which causes foreign matter to be less likely to enter a capacity control valve, and which is achieved with simple modification to the compressor and without increasing the production cost, the size, and the weight of the compressor. <P>SOLUTION: In the compressor supplying refrigerant gas in a delivery chamber to a crank chamber through the capacity control valve and a gas supply passage, regulating pressure in the crank chamber, and varying stroke of the piston, a gas passage introducing refrigerant gas in the delivery chamber toward the capacity control valve side is formed between two of a gasket between a cylinder head and a cylinder block, a delivery valve forming member, and a valve plate, an opening into the delivery chamber is opened at one end of the gas passage, another end of the gas passage is formed in the cylinder head and is connected to a flow in port of an introduction passage of the control gas directly communicating to the capacity control valve. Consequently, a gas introduction route for control from the delivery chamber to the capacity control valve is formed by the gas passage and the gas introduction passage, and opening of the gas passage to the delivery chamber is set at an optional upper position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
