<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin paper winding and gluing mechanism with a slit scraper, capable of sufficiently and uniformly coating a glue on thin paper by controlling the amount and position of the glue when the glue is applied to the thin paper, and to provide a gluing method for the mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This thin paper winding and gluing mechanism with a slit scraper 33 includes: a glue coating roller 31 which is provided near a thin paper passing route R1 so as to face the glued surface 11 of the thin paper P1, rotated in a predetermined rotating direction I, and has a glued roller surface 311; a glue tank 32 in which the glue g1 is stored; the slit scraper 33 which is provided near the glue coating roller 31 so as to extend parallel to the axial direction of the glue coating roller 31, face the glued roller surface 311 of the glue coating roller 31, and be closely provided to lightly touch the glued roller surface 311 of the glue coating roller 31, and has a scraping end 351 including at least one slit recess 332; and a glue collecting tank 36 which is disposed under the glue coating roller 31 and a place away therefrom by a predetermined distance.
