PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a board case, which can easily execute the whole processes of sealing and unsealing by a single fixing member. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the board case includes: a two-object fixing section 25 for fixing a body 20 and a lid 10 of the board case 1; a three-object fixing section 71 for fixing a base body 4, the body 20 and the lid 10; and a moving body 30 having a single engagement section 31 engageable with both the two-object fixing section 25 and the three-object fixing section 71 and movably supported in the board case, wherein the fixing state of the board case 1 is changed according to the location of the moving body 30, into a two-object fixing state where the body 20 and the lid 10 are fixed, a three-object fixing state where the body 20, the lid 10 and the base body 4 are fixed, and an unfixing state where the body 20, the lid 10 and the base body 4 are unfixed.
