PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing structure smoothly rotating a support object while improving the assembleability, and a louver device. SOLUTION: A bearing member 65 can be easily mounted on a louver rotating shaft 63 with a side end plate 62 of a louver member 6 fixed to the louver rotating shaft 63 by welding, and the louver rotating shaft 63 is fixed to a louver link 64 by welding in an integrated manner. Therefore, the assembling property can be improved. Further, the resin-made bearing member 65 can be used since it is not affected by the heat in the welding of the side end plate 62 and the louver link 64 to the louver rotating shaft 63, and the rotational resistance of the louver rotating shaft 63 can be reduced to smooth the rotation of the louver member 6.
