PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bay window daylighting device which can efficiently guide solar light, incident from the outside, into a room, and which has a high degree of freedom of daylighting. SOLUTION: This bay window daylighting device 1 includes: upper and lower portions 6 and 7 which overhang from a building frame of a building T; a window portion 9 and a side portion 8, which are installed between the upper and lower portions 6 and 7; a daylighting opening 6a which is formed in at least one of the upper and lower portions 6 and 7 and the side portion 8; and a reflecting member 4 which reflects the light, incident from the daylighting opening 6a, into the room. Characteristically, the reflecting member 4, which can be opened and closed, covers at least one of the window portion 9 and the side portion 8 when it is in a closed state.
