<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pulsation caused by the surge pressure of hydraulic oil, and to improve working efficiency in assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cavity part 18 constituted of an annular space having a hollow inner part and a rectangular cross section is formed on the other side of the axial direction positioned on a side opposite from a spherical concave part 8A (shoe 9) of a piston 8 reciprocating in a cylinder 7. An elastic deformation part 19 including an end surface deformation part 19A positioned on the other side of the axial direction of the piston 8 compared with the cavity 18 and an outer peripheral surface deformation part 19B positioned on the outer peripheral side of the cavity 18 is provided in the vicinity of the cavity 18. When the surge pressure generated in the cylinder 7 is applied to the piston 8, the end surface deformation part 19A and the outer peripheral surface deformation part 19B are elastically bent and deformed, and thereby, energy upon the generation of the surge pressure can be absorbed.
