PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction work by dispensing with piping work for discharging drainage, with respect to a humidifying device and a sauna device using the same. SOLUTION: A vaporizing means 9 generating the humidified air has: a cylindrical pathway 13; and a water supply pipe 15 for supplying liquid to a rotating means 14 disposed in the cylindrical pathway 13. The cylindrical pathway 13 has: an air supply opening 16a and an exhaust opening 17a disposed in an upper part; and an air supply opening 16b and an exhaust opening 17b disposed in a lower part. The rotating means 14 has a vertical rotating shaft 18, and a rotating plate 19a fixed to an upper part of the rotating shaft 18 and a rotating plate 19b fixed to a lower part thereof, and the heated air is distributed to the rotating plate 19a through the air supply opening 16a, and further distributed to the rotating plate 19b through the air supply opening 16b.
