<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter with two-dimensional codes for vocalizing character information for the visually impaired, facilitating discrimination of print position information of the two-dimensional codes by feeling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A projecting point floating like a projection is provided in the periphery of the printed two-dimensional codes so that the print position of the two-dimensional code can be specified by feeling. Thus, the visually impaired can specify the position information of the two-dimensional code for voice conversion by the sense of touch, so that voice conversion can be performed by a type document reader.
