PURPOSE: An evaporator and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to manufacture distilled water having natural perfume and to easily control intensity of perfume. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator comprises: a heater(10); a distillation tank(20) which distills mother liquor; a distillation pipe(30) which is connected to the upper end of the distillation tank; and a sample member(40) comprising distillation pipe and condensing pipe. The distillation pipe comprises a shelve(50) for supporting the sample member at the lower end of the sample member and hook for fixing the sample member at the upper portion or side.
