PURPOSE: A vessel cover and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which make sealing and airtightness possible using a vinyl sheet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vessel cover includes: a step that positions a vinyl sheet(20) to the inner side of the cancer frame(10a) without crumple; a step of engaging a male frame(10b) and a female frame by pressurizing them to the upper part of the vinyl sheet; and a step of cutting the vinyl sheet by a cutting blade coming in and out a recess in which the frame is geared.
