PURPOSE: A system for measuring a call success rate of a mobile communication station and a method thereof are provided to improve the quality for a mobile communication terminal by enhancing the reliability of measurement data. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a measurement terminal(110), a fixing device(120) and a control terminal(130). The measurement terminal measures a call receiving success rate and a call originating success rate. The fixing device rotates a step motor(122) at a predetermined angle through the control signal of the control terminal, and the measurement terminal rotates at a predetermined angle. The control terminal receives the information on the measured call originating success rate or call receiving success rate.
