The device has a rotary body (3) partially wrapped by a yarn (2), where the rotary body is connected to an electric machine (14) that works as a generator. The machine is connected to an energy recycling device (15) i.e. four-quadrant adjustor, and a transformer is provided on the recycling device. A rectifier and a multi-phase structure inverter are provided on the energy recycling device. The energy recycling device is connected to an energy supply device. An independent claim is also included for a warping device comprising a warping device.
