The method involves allowing a flow of water coming from a solenoid valve to a free down spout via a supply line with a constant and perpendicular distance between a lowermost point of an inlet opening (4) and a critical water level. The supply line is present outer side of a boiler container (1). Small amount of water vapor, which increases in the free down spout and in the boiler container, is obtained into a housing of a toilet, such that a control electronics is not unnecessarily loaded. An upper side of the boiler container is closed by a cover (7).
