摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an artificial bone or an artificial fang implant adapt and fix to a living body quickly when inserted in the living body or in a jawbone. <P>SOLUTION: Crystallized stoichiometrical hydroxyapatite is coated as a bottom layer by laser application on the surface of a metal which constitutes an implant to prevent elution of the metal in the living body and to improve biocompatibility, and on the top of the coated metal, a natural bone or a natural tooth as it is or ion-substitutional hydroxyapatite having a similar composition of the above is continuously coated as an upper layer to speed up the fixation and osteoinduction. For coating with a similar composition of the upper coating layer, a target made of a stable crystal with the similar composition is made and accurately transcribed by laser application.
