<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed injection member and a medical device in which it is unnecessary to prepare an adapter separately since the adapter has been attached to a cap and there is no possibility that the top surface of a plug body comes into contact into contact with saprophites or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the mixed injection member (1) in which the plug body (5) is attached to a port (3) and the cap (10) is put on the plug body (5), the adapter (31) which can be inserted into the plug body (5) is connected to the cap (10) through a cutting part (12).
